Where to start

New-client bookings are paused. When intake reopens, every new client will start with the Flexibility Foundation — 90 min, $85. We talk through your goals and day-to-day movement, then I guide a whole-body check-in on the table. After that, a Stretch 360 every two to four weeks keeps you mobile.
